Track daily cash flow, compare monthly revenue growth, analyze payment channel performance, and download financial reports.
Key Financial Indicators (KPIs)
At the top of the analytics dashboard, four summary cards display your real-time numbers:
- Today's Collections: Total payments processed since midnight in your local timezone.
- This Month's Revenue: Cumulative revenue for the current calendar month compared to the previous month.
- Average Revenue Per Customer (ARPU): How much a typical active customer spends on your network each month.
- Outstanding Invoices: Total unpaid balances for monthly clients currently in their grace period.
Visual Revenue Breakdowns
1. Revenue by Package
See exactly where your money comes from:
- Compare revenue between Hotspot and PPPoE.
- See which specific plans generate the highest revenue.
2. Revenue by Payment Channel
- Breakdown of collections received through Online Payments, Cash Sales, and Prepaid Vouchers.
3. Revenue by Router Site
- Compare revenue generated across different locations to identify your highest-grossing sites.
Exporting Financial Reports
For external accounting or tax filing:
- Select your desired time period: Today, This Week, This Month, Last Quarter, or Custom Range.
- Click Export Report.
- Choose your format:
- CSV / Excel: Complete row-by-row transaction ledger.
- Summary PDF: Executive financial overview with charts and totals.
